Post Graduate degree from a recognized University in India in any discipline. Associate of Company Secretaries is desirable, Experience: 20 years of administrative experience out of which 7 years at Management level. |

Should be a person with ability, integrity, enjoying high reputation and should have qualification in electrical engineering with experience in electricity sector. Experience in various wings of distribution utility and knowledge of law would be an additional qualification |
