Essential Qualification: Cumulative experience of 15 years in Leadership/Sports Coaching/Sport Science roles Desired Qualification: Extensive experience of working in and leading high performance teams in Olympic/Paralympic sports. Proven track record of delivering Olympic medal winning performance environments is desired Demonstrated effective leadership, decision making and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience of working with Government bodies/Sport Federations is advantageous Proficient in latest technology and training methodologies in sports Flexible working in a dynamic environment and conditions |
Tenure:
The employment will initially last two years, which may be extended by one year depending on performance review.
