A walk-in interview will be held at Department of Zoology, Kannur University, Mananthavady Campus – 670645 on 25th February 2022 from 11am with Junior Researcher (JRF) / Researcher in next research project purely temporarily and at the same time as the duration of the project or until the end of the eligible period. Interested and eligible candidates are invited to participate in an entrance interview with all the required documents.
Job Title: Junior Researcher (one)
Essential Degrees: M.Sc. in Zoology / Applied Zoology
Desired qualifications: Field experience in behavioral ecology of arboreal mammals. Oral Knowledge of Malayalam Skills with Excel
Project Title: Land Change Affects Primate Diversity and Spread of Kyasanur Forest Disease (KFD) in Kerala, Western Ghats
Duration of the project: 2 years (24 months)
Scholarship: 31,000/month for two years
Age Limit
Up to 28 years old (general category). Relaxation of the upper age limit; 5 years for SC/ST/ female and physically disabled applicants and 3 years for OBC applicants
