Qualification Details

Senior Manager Design (Process) on contract basis

Degree in Chemical Engineering / Petrochemical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Petrochemical Engineering / Petroleum Refining & Petrochemical Engineering / Polymer Technology, 10 years post-qualification experience in process design, basic and detailed design and supplier data review, including PFD, P&ID and process pressure vessels, heat exchangers, rotary machinery, storage tanks, etc.) and equipment for fertilizer storage projects, refineries, oil and gas, petrochemicals, ammonia / cryogenic storage. The applicant must be familiar with the design rules and regulations. Experience in the use of process simulation software such as ASPEN PLUS, HYSYS, ASPEN EDR, Design II is considered an advantage.

Senior Management Design (Mechanical – MMH) by contract

Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 10 years of post-qualification experience in design / EPC consulting, basic design of machines and equipment for handling materials such as pumps, compressors, conveyors, dog lifts, etc. The candidate must be competent to complete the procurement specifications, tender documents, BOQ, etc. and review vendor documents / drawings.

Senior Design Manager (Mechanic – PCE) by contract

Degree in mechanical engineering, 10 years of post-qualification experience in design / EPC consulting, design of static equipment such as pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, etc. Experience using ASME Sec. VIII, Part 1 and 2, API 650 / API 620, TOPIC codes and standards are desirable. The applicant must be qualified to complete the procurement specifications, tender documents, BOQ, etc. and also to inspect the supplier’s documents / drawings.

Senior Director Design (electrical) by contract

Degree in Electrical / Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Electrical and Instrumentation with 10 years post-qualification experience in design consulting / EPC in the design of high voltage power distribution systems, including sizing calculations for transformers, DG series, cables, capacitor banks, etc. The applicant must have mastered the completion of the procurement specifications, the tender documents, the BOQ, etc., and the review of the supplier’s documents / drawings.

Senior Manager Design (instrumentation) by contract

Degree in Instrumentation / Instrumentation and Control / Electronics and Instrumentation / Electrical and Applied Electronic Instrumentation and Instrumentation Technology, 10 years of post-qualification experience in the design of control systems, field instruments, locking systems, etc. The applicant must be qualified to complete the procurement specifications, tender documents, BOQ, etc., as well as to review the seller’s documents / drawings.

Senior Design Manager (Civil) by appointment

Degree in civil engineering and 10 years of post-qualification experience in the design of industrial and process / factory structures. A postgraduate degree in structural design is desired. The applicant must be qualified in structural analysis and design of industrial structures using STAAD or ETABS and Indian design codes.

Deputy Manager Planning (process) by contract

Degree in Chemical Engineering / Petrochemical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Petrochemical Engineering / Petroleum Refining & Petrochemical Engineering / Polymer Technology, 5 years experience in postgraduate process design, basic and detailed design including PFD, P&ID, specification preparation process (such as printing) heat exchangers, rotary machinery storage tanks, etc.) and instruments for projects of fertilizers, refineries, oil and gas, petrochemicals, ammonia / cryogenic storage with adequate knowledge of codes and standards of design. Competition in process simulation software such as ASPEN PLUS, HYSYS, ASPEN EDR, Design II is desirable.

Deputy Director of Design (mechanics – pipes) by agreement

Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5 years of experience in the design of pipe systems. Experience in using the ASME code, B 31.3 (Process Piping) is considered an advantage. The applicant must be able to complete the site plan, design drawings, PMS and VMS preparations, procurement specifications, tender documents, BOQ, etc., as well as review of the documents / supplier drawings.

Deputy Manager Design (Mechanical -MMH) on contract basis

Diploma in mechanical engineering with 5 years’ post-qualification experience in the field of design consultant / EPC, design of machinery and material handling equipment (eg pumps, compressors, conveyors, hoists, etc.). The candidate must be able to draw up procurement specifications and a tender. documents, BOQ, etc. and also review of supplier documents / drawings.

Deputy Head of Design (Mechanics – PCE) under contract

Diploma in mechanical engineering with 5 years’ postgraduate experience in design consultancy / EPCs in the design of static equipment (eg pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, etc.). Experience using ASME Sec. VIII, Parts 1 and 2, API 650 / API 620, TEMA codes and standards are recommended. The candidate must be able to finalize the tender specifications, tender documents, BOQ, etc., as well as review the supplier’s documents / drawings.

Deputy Head of Design (Civil) under contract

Diploma in civil engineering with at least 5 years of designing industrial and process / plant structures. A master’s degree in structural design is recommended. Must be proficient in structural analysis and design of industrial structures using STAAD or ETABS and Indian design codes;

Engineer Design (Electrical) on contract basis

Diploma in electrical / electrical and electronic / electrical and instrumentation engineering, at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in the design of electrical distribution systems and basic knowledge of SLD drawing, power and ground layout in AUTO CAD

Engineering Design (Instruments) under contract

Degree in Instrumentation / Instrumentation / Electronics and Instrumentation / Electrical and Instrumentation Application Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, 1 year post-qualification experience in the design of control systems, field instruments, interlocking systems, etc. Candidate must have knowledge of drafting procurement conditions, procurement documents, BOQ, etc. and practical knowledge of designing connection / layout drawings in AutoCAD

Engineer (Mechanical) on contract basis

Diploma in mechanical engineering and at least 1 year’s post-qualification experience in construction projects. ASNT NDT certification is recommended.

Engineer (electrician) under contract

Diploma in electrical / electrical and electronic / electrical and measuring instruments, at least 1 year post-qualification experience in construction projects

Engineer (Instruments) under contract

Degree in Measuring Instruments / Instrumentation and Control / Electronics and Measuring Instruments / Electrical and Measuring Instruments Engineer, at least 1 year post-qualification experience in construction projects

Engineer (civil) under contract

Diploma in civil engineering with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in construction projects
