Minimum qualification:

An engineering or technology degree from a statutory university in a relevant discipline.

A degree in engineering or technology from an institution empowered to award such a degree by an Act of Parliament in the relevant discipline.

Postgraduate exam from professional bodies recognized by the state or central government as equivalent to the above.

Some universities/institutes/examination boards do not award a class or grade percentage and award overall grade points (eg CGPA/OGPA/CPI, etc.). Before submitting their application, candidates are advised to ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements set out in the vacancy notice.

Selection Procedure

Only applicants domiciled in Kerala will be considered. Candidates for selection will be based on the percentage of points obtained from the basic qualifications identified in the relevant disciplines. If more than one candidate with the required qualification has obtained the same percentage of points, the relative merits are decided on the basis of seniority by age.

Candidates included in the sample for the certificate screening check must provide original certificates proving age, qualifications, caste, disability (if applicable), etc. that is, self-certified copies of all such certificates for verification and enforcement should be considered. based on the original certificates. Failure to present the original certificates will result in the rejection of the application.

Candidates who have passed the verification of a certificate will be temporarily considered for selection on the basis of merit/reservation, based on their medical condition.
