Education and Experience: Graduate in any discipline with 7 years of work experience in the relevant field OR Post-Graduation in any discipline with 5 years of work experience in the relevant field. AND A six-month certificate course in computer operations.

Details of Related Experience: Good work experience in routine accounting functions including invoice and claim processing, bank and other account reconciliation, ledger analysis, invoicing, taxation and other legal performance, finalization and review of accounts and hands-on computer accounting experience preferred. in the Tally software.

General Information and Other Terms:

All applicants must meet the essential job requirements and other conditions stated above as of the last online registration date. Candidates are advised, before applying for the position advertised above, to ensure that they meet at least the essential qualifications set out for the position as of the last online registration date.

The essential qualifications prescribed are the minimum and the mere possession of these does not allow candidates to be invited to the selection process. The duly constituted review committee will adopt its own criteria for screening candidates. The candidate must therefore mention in his application all the qualifications and experience in the field in question, with the exception of the prescribed minimum qualification, duly supported by self-certified documents.

The period of experience conducted by an applicant on a part-time, daily salary, visiting/visiting professor basis will not be calculated when calculating valid experience for shortlisting applicants for the selection process.

The date for determining the upper age limit, qualifications and experience is the prescribed deadline for online registration of applications.

Post-qualification work experience will only be considered for positions where experience is mandatory. Experience acquired before obtaining the essential qualification will not be taken into account.

The CDAC reserves the right not to fill any of the positions if it wishes.

Salary Details

Assistant, Junior Assistant, Clerk – 19900/- to 92300/-PM

Selection Procedure

 

The initial review will be based on academic records and experience. The Center reserves the right to set a higher score percentage in the initial review process if a sufficient number of applicants with a higher score percentage are available.

 

Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test followed by a skill/practice test for those who appear in the written test. The exact date, time and place of the written test and the proficiency test will be indicated separately electronically.

 

Writing test details:

 

A written test will be of the objective type for a total of 200 points (30 points per subject and 80 points per area) with a total duration of 90 minutes.

 

Applicants who achieve a minimum of 40% points (30% per section and 40% overall) will be qualified solely on the basis of a merit list for selection.

 

No interview will be conducted for the position mentioned above, but a skill/practice test in relation to the specific area in which the selected work experience/will be conducted for the listed candidates.

 

The skill/practice test must pass Suitable/Unsuitable on predetermined and notified benchmark criteria, and those found unsuitable in the skill/practice test are not considered for further selection process.

 

For the final selection, the marks of the written tests will be taken into account.

 

All questions have the same mark. For each correct answer, two points will be awarded and for each incorrect answer, ½ point will be subtracted. No negative sign for careless questions.

 

Weight will be given to grades acquired in domain knowledge.
